By accessing and using the Re-Fresh mobile application ("App") and laundry delivery service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has given you permission to use the Service and has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Re-Fresh Technologies, Inc. ("Re-Fresh", "we", "us", or "our") provides on-demand laundry pickup, washing, folding, and delivery services through our mobile application. Our Service includes:

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or other conduct we deem inappropriate.

We accept most clothing and household textiles suitable for machine washing. We reserve the right to exclude items that are not suitable for machine washing. Excluded items will be returned uncleaned. You are responsible for ensuring that items you send are appropriate for standard laundry processes and for checking your items before sending to ensure no non-washable items are included.
Current pricing is available in the Services & Pricing section of the App. Payment is processed through Stripe when your order begins processing at our facility. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Final charges are based on actual weight and items processed.
If payment cannot be processed, items will be held for up to 14 days while you resolve payment issues. You may request return of your items at any time during this period. If payment issues are not resolved within 14 days, items will be returned uncleaned.
You may choose your preferred pickup and delivery method through the app, including contactless service, in-person handoff, or lobby service. We will make reasonable efforts to pickup and deliver at scheduled times. However, we cannot guarantee exact timing due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, infrastructure failures, or other unforeseeable events.
Orders may be cancelled through the app before driver dispatch begins. Once driver dispatch begins, orders cannot typically be cancelled.
We have implemented measures designed to prevent loss or damage of items, but cannot guarantee that such situations will never occur. If clothing items are damaged or lost due to our fault, we will work with you to address the situation, provided that you notify us of issues within 14 days of delivery.
Our liability for lost, damaged, or destroyed items is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the item or $100 per item, with a maximum of $100 per order. Any warranty or reimbursement by Re-Fresh will be secondary to any applicable warranty offered by the clothing manufacturer.
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, items with exceptional value unless specifically declared and accepted in writing, or damage following care instructions that contradict the item's label.

We are not liable for damage caused by items left in clothing or bags that you failed to remove.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Re-Fresh, other users, or third parties.
The Re-Fresh App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Re-Fresh Technologies, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You may stop using our Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or other conduct we deem inappropriate. Upon termination, we may, at our discretion, complete pending orders or process cancellations as we see fit.
Your use of our mobile application may be subject to additional terms and conditions of third-party app stores (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store). These Terms do not modify or supersede any such third-party terms.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in New York County, New York.
You and Re-Fresh agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Unless both you and Re-Fresh agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your email must include your name, account information, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of the arbitration agreement.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including through the App, email, or SMS. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
You agree to indemnify and hold Re-Fresh harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Re-Fresh regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
